Toronto Radiology’s Dr. Errol Colak had the privilege of delivering the keynote address at the inaugural AI in MI Fundraising Dinner to over 200 university, faculty, and industry guests. This evening was also a celebration of the 105th anniversary of the Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto. Dr. Colak’s talk on AI in Medical Imaging: From Promise to Impact, spoke to the importance of the ROI of AI development in radiology and its focus on real world value.
Dr. Colak is U of T’s Odette Professor in Artificial Intelligence for Medical Imaging, Vice-Chair of the RSNA AI Committee, and Staff Radiologist at Toronto Radiology at St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health Toronto.
