Fellowships at Toronto Radiology/St. Michael’s Hospital
Fellowship Programs at St. Michael’s Hospital
The Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto is one of the largest academic radiology departments in North America, with approximately 140 fellows, 50 residents, and over 200 clinical and research faculty, working across 8 main teaching hospitals. St. Michael’s Hospital is one of the principal teaching hospitals of the university, and is a busy, multispecialty downtown tertiary care centre.
As part of the University of Toronto fellowship network, recognized worldwide for excellence in clinical medicine, SMH offers fellows both the prestige of U of T and the distinctive strengths of our own site. SMH training equips fellows to be versatile, polished, and ready for both academic and community practice — serving subspecialists as well as general practitioners with confidence.
